Inserting a hyperlink to your email.
PowerPoint Tips
For use with Microsoft Office 2007
Mario A. Martinez
The way I did this was first by inserting a clip art picture of a mail box.
Once this is done move the mouse over the mailbox and click the right mouse button.
Scroll down the menu and click on “Hyperlink”. A new box will open up.
On the left side of the box you will find e-mail address.
Once you have done this you can type the email address and when done click ok.
You can check to see if the email link works by using F5 to run Power Point.
